By appointment only. There are a variety of available appointment slots for both in-person and telehealth appointments. Please contact us for further information.

Located in Bethany Commons, Building 5 Suite 69.

Our office is on the back side of building 5 and we share the space with Holistic Counseling Associates, who's name is on the door.

Office Hours: Our office staff is available to answer calls and schedule appointments Monday thru Friday 10:30 am to 4:30 pm.
