Services & Fees

 Your initial appointment involves a 60-minute comprehensive psychiatric evaluation. This will allow the provider to assess your current symptoms, medical and mental health history, and a multitude of factors that may have contributed to your current symptomology (i.e. trauma, abuse, childhood, etc.). From this evaluation, we will formulate an individualized treatment plan which may include medication management, therapy, and other treatment modalities. 

Follow up appointments will allow your provider to assess your progress and reactions to treatment whether positive or negative. We will assess the effectiveness of medications and other treatment modalities. This is a time to discuss how you feel about your medication management plan and will allow your provider to adjust accordingly. These are not simply, “Here is your refill” appointments, it is an assessment of progress and current status.

Typical follows up are 30 minutes appointments which provides enough time to assess overall effectiveness and make adjustments as appropriate. Longer appointments are available and allow for further assessment and therapeutic interventions. Shorter appointments are available for those stable on current medication regimen.

30-minute follow-up - $150

Comprehensive psychiatric evaluations for the purposes of IEPs and 504s available. School districts should contact the office directly for costs and requirements. 

We offer genetic testing through Genesight.  GeneSight is a pharmacogenomic test that analyzes clinically important genetic variations that may affect your outcomes with certain medications. The results of the test can show which medications may require dose adjustments, may be less likely to work, or may have an increased risk of side effects based on your genetic
makeup. 

Cancellations must be made prior to 48 hours of appointment time. Cancellations may be made via telephone or email. Voicemail and email both log time stamps and are acceptable forms of cancellation. Any cancellations later than this time or a no show will incur a cancellation/no show fee. The fee is non-refundable. The charge is $200 for initial appointments and $150 for follow-up appointments.  The credit card on file will be automatically billed for this fee.
