We do not accept any Medicare or Medicaid plans at this time.
We are partnered with Alma and Headway for scheduling and billing services. Alma and Headway process claims and will bill for co-pays. All patients must provide a credit card that will be stored on file and auto-billed for co-pays, deductibles, and patient responsibilities. Please be aware, if you have a high deductible plan, you will be responsible for all fees related to the services you receive. These fees are set by your insurance plan. If you are unsure of your responsibilities, please contact your insurance company for better understanding.
Your initial appointment consists of a 60-minute comprehensive psychiatric evaluation. This will allow the provider to assess your current symptoms, medical and mental health history, and other factors that may contribute to your symptoms (i.e. trauma, abuse, childhood, etc.). From this evaluation, we will formulate an individualized treatment plan which may include medication management, therapy, and other treatment modalities.
Follow up appointments will allow your provider to assess your progress and including any positive or negative reactions. We will assess the effectiveness of medications and other treatment modalities. This is a time to discuss how you feel about your medication management plan and will allow your provider to adjust accordingly. These sessions are not merely “refill” appointments but comprehensive assessments of your progress and current status.
Standard follow-up appointments are 30 minutes, allowing sufficient time to evaluate overall effectiveness and make necessary adjustments. Longer appointments are available and allow for further assessment and therapeutic interventions while shorter appointments are available for those stable on current medication regimen.
45-minute follow-up - $225
30-minute follow-up - $150
Comprehensive psychiatric evaluations for Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and 504 Plans are available. School districts should contact our office directly for pricing and specific requirements.
We offer genetic testing through GeneSight, a pharmacogenomic test that analyzes clinically significant genetic variations affecting medication response. The results help determine which medications may require dose adjustments, are less likely to be effective, or may pose a higher risk of side effects based on your genetic profile.
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. Cancellations may be submitted via telephone or email, both of which provide time-stamped records and are acceptable forms of notification. Late cancellations (less than 48 hours before the appointment) or no-shows will result in a cancellation/no-show fee. This fee is non-refundable and will be automatically charged to the credit card on file.
