This depends on your insurance plan. It is important to understand what you plan covers to understand the costs associated with your care. Most plans have a deductible which means you will be responsible for all costs associated with your appointments until the deductible is met. These fees are determined by your insurance company and vary by plan and type of visit (i.e. initial appointment, follow up, is therapy involved). After your deductible is met, you may only be responsible for co-pays or co-insurance (i.e. 20%). We recommend discussing any concerns with your insurance company if you are unsure of your responsibility.

Yes. We provide care for all patients regardless of their insurance. Patients, who insurance plans are not accepted at our practice, will be charged the self-pay rates.

Yes. Prior to your appointment you will receive a link to register for our patient portal. Please make sure to register and complete the following forms: Office Policies, Notice of Privacy, and Informed Consent. All patients are also required to enroll in auto-pay, which is how we collect co-pays, deductibles, and other fees related to your appointment.

We take pride in providing exceptional care. All new patients receive a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation on their first visit. This includes a complete history of your mental health, physical health, past treatments, etc. At this appointment, an individualized treatment plan will be create and may include medications, supplement, and therapy. Follow up appointments will be scheduled based on necessity and may be every 2 weeks to every 3 months and are typically 30 minutes long. Follow ups will involve discussions of medication response and may include therapy.

We do not accept Medicare or Medicaid insurances regardless of the type. So I you have a Medicaid plan with United Healthcare, we are unable to accept it.
